Brian Turk – Co-Producer & Host, Tiny Shop Concerts
Brian Turk is a writer, music industry professional, and event producer.
Raised near Woodstock, New York, in the shadow of the Catskill Mountains, Brian grew up immersed in a culture where music wasn’t background noise—it was a way of life. The enduring influence of The Band and Levon Helm, and the Grateful Dead, shaped Brian’s ear for authenticity.
That ethos is the foundation of Tiny Shop Concerts.
Brian’s path to this work runs through decades of involvement in live music—as a marketing director for venues across the country, including the Joy Theater, Bearsville Theater, and Pour House Music Hall—as well as a publicist, promoter, and journalist. His writing has appeared in outlets like Westword, Indy Week, Relix, Marquee Magazine and others, capturing the energy of live performance with the eye of someone who’s always been just as likely to be dancing as he is taking notes.
At Tiny Shop Concerts, Brian isn’t just hosting—he’s curating a vibe. One where artists can stretch out, audiences can lean in, and for a little while, the outside world falls away.

Chris Wright – Co-Producer & Audio/Visual

Tiny Shop Concerts are co-produced and directed by the team at Concert Audio Visual, led by Chris Wright, a veteran producer/engineer with over 30 years of experience in the local area in professional recording and live performance capture.
As Audio/Visual Director, Chris oversees every stage of production—from multi-camera video capture and multitrack audio recording to final post-production, including mixing and mastering in a fully analog API-equipped mix room, as well as complete video editing and delivery.
His background includes work as a first engineer in high-end studios such as Immersive Studios and Violet Recording, with credits alongside legendary artists including Steely Dan and Steel Pulse. This foundation informs a hybrid analog/digital approach that prioritizes depth, clarity, and musicality.
The concert video division grew organically after many artists, having completed records in Chris’s studio, asked for a way to capture their live performances with the same level of quality. That demand led to a focused expansion into live concert film production, with projects now spanning many of the region’s premier venues, including the Boulder Theater, Fox Theatre, Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom, and Levitt Pavilion. Chris is also the audio/video director of Dharma Barn in Longmont, Colorado https://dharmabarn.com/
Tiny Shop Concerts bring that same level of technical precision and artistic intent into an intimate setting—captured with 4K Sony cinema cameras, discrete preamps, and carefully selected vintage microphones.
